We just applied tonight for it. about twice the size of the apt we have now plus it has laundry which we don't have and the yard plus the pool and swingset.

Keep your fingers crossed for us. Its kinda more then we wanted to pay but the woodstove heat and all the windows and the shade of the woods on all 4 sides except for the tiny drive will lower our heat/ac bills so it should probably all equal out.

Good luck! That is a lot a month though, but you say it will even out, which is good.

We own our home- and I love it. We don't need anything more.
But I love "shopping" on craigslist for apts & houses. I also look at nneren's website often. Lol.

We'd love to buy but are far from a down payment. We'd probably be looking at a trailer if we buy, which I am fine with. But for now renting is good too. We shouldn't have to replace applicances or do major repairs if anything breaks this way.

Never heard of that other site, I'll have to check it out
