Fisher Auction Co. of Pompano Beach will handle the auction, which is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. at the Orlando Airport Marriott on Augusta National Drive near Orlando International Airport.
The former star for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers told the Tampa Tribune that he filed for bankruptcy to avoid jail time.
"Do you think I wanted to declare bankruptcy?" he said to reporters. "Do you think, if there was any other way possible, I would have done it? It was either this or go to jail."
