Do you exercise?

I received Shaun T's Rockin Body for Xmas and I love it! I'm starting week 3. I feel better already but haven't seen much change on the scale. I'll be 40 in a few months and have seen my metabolism decrease a lot so I know it's gonna take some time. Do you work out? For my 40+ mamas, have you noticed changes in your metabolism?

I do work out for 30 min a day.

Yes. I walk the few blocks to and from my kids' school. It's close to our house. I love walking.:-)

 Right about the very time I hit 40 my metabolism seemed to change... I do exercise but not as much as I need to in order to speed it up enough to lose weight. Keep going!!! You will be so glad that you did!! Just feeling better alone as we age is a good thing! lol.. Im sure your effort will pay off for you don't quit! You will be so glad in a few years.
