While showing a friend's 3.5 million dollar listing to some out of towners thinking of relocating to Florida. We came across this place. What do you think? It had gargoyles and all sort of cool medieval details. From what I could see, the inside was also medieval. I love being a Realtor!!

HERE'S TWO MORE IN WINDERMERE:

Another Castle Design

and of course, VERSAILLES!! Rediculously oversized.
I haven't quite seen it inside aside of what I saw through the window. We couldn't find it in MLS so it's a new listing and the realtor didn't answer to give us the lock box code. I would like it to be a lighter color but it has pretty detailed items that had to cost the prior owner some bucks. The property was sold in 1996 for $300k.. I'm assuming that was just the land because it has a date built year of 1999. It's worth about 1.6 million but it needs work.
I've always been attracted to creepy homes. I like the ones with ghosts. There's a huge one in College Park that used to be a retirement home and I could feel the ghosts all over the place. Great piece of land though. The basement is damp and creepy. Very steep. So cool. Sort of like a dungeon.
