Frozen banana and peanut butter.
Strawberry and banana
Banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut oil, kale and spinach... and a bit of raw honey.
Not a big fan of them, but is the only way I can get the veggies in
DH makes them for me: fruit (Banana, strawberries, peaches, mango, blueberries) some superfruit juice he gets at Publix and Broccoli, pepers, and who knows what elso goes in them.
I can not even smell Kale
mixed berries and vanilla yogurt...fat free of course lol I'm dieting and since the begining of the year I've lost 10 pounds =]
I really want to make one so bad just not sure how or what yet... decisions :) It would be fat free of course and berries of some kind..
