Friday b/c I dont have to rush dinner etc for the kids since they dont have school the next day

Saturday b/c it's usually the day I get to see my sister & spend time w/ my family :). Sundays are good too & they always say if it's good save it for Sunday!

Tuesday: I get to take my DD to Ballet and
Sunday: I get to spend the day with my Hubby and DD, I work from Monday to Saturday

Saturday because its my long run day and Josh is home so we can usually do things as a family.
