given that I work nights--not much. I sleep generally less than 5 hours split in between naps throughout the day and maybe a cat nap during my lunch break at work.

three to four hours. 6 on a really good night. For some odd reason, ever since I was pregnant (2008) I wake up every morning at 3/3:30 am and cant fall back asleep
