We use wheat or butter, I like about all but I cannot eat it any more... So I pick and choose and change here and there

Multigrain bread from Publix is a must!
Boars head jerk turkey
Smoked Gouda
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Mayo
Mustard
And that's it ;)
