YAY!!!! It's my addiction. On a positive note, I don't drink any alcoholic beverages.
soda has been dropped as part of a regular component on a daily basis--carbonation contributes to belly bloat--lets face it belly seems to have that handled quite well without help LOL not to mention I like pepsi and mountain dew--both with caffeine that needs to be held to a minimum. One coffee and one ice tea a day rest is water, lemonade etc
yay. but i've cut WAY back.
