soda has been dropped as part of a regular component on a daily basis--carbonation contributes to belly bloat--lets face it belly seems to have that handled quite well without help LOL not to mention I like pepsi and mountain dew--both with caffeine that needs to be held to a minimum. One coffee and one ice tea a day rest is water, lemonade etc

I love it but I try my best to make it a special occasion drink. That was the hardest junk food for me to give up

I try to limit my soda intake.. Although SO and I are both addicted to Dr.Pepper and Cheerwine.

Depends on my mood. I'm not a big soda drinker, mostly water but I do like the occasional mt dew or 7up.
