I was hoping to find more information on things to do in the area from this group.
Here is Treetops Park FL they mostly charge a parking fee. I know safety town is free and they teach the kids to cross the street and how to get around a make shift city. DS enjoys the things he can touch at water matters cause he is a boy and its his job to get messy.

Days/Dates: Saturdays and Sundays, February 8-9, 15-16, and 22-23, and March 1-2, 8-9, and 15-16, plus President's Day, Monday, February 17
Hours: 10 a.m. to sunset
Fees: Daily admission is $20 for ages 12 and up and $9 for ages 6 to 11. For groups of 20 or more, admission is $15 for ages 12 and up and $6 for ages 6 to 11. Season passes are $65 for ages 12 and up and $30 for ages 6 to 11. Ages 5 and under are admitted free. Prices do not include Florida sales tax. The weekend and holiday gate entrance fee of $1.50/person (children 5 and under free) will be in effect.
