Last week I had 3 people Pm me with their weight..

Now it's time to pm me with weight loss numbers and new weight or one of them.

Thank you for participating and remember water and smaller meals 4 times a day and no pop are the key to slimming down. Make sure you also get up during commercials and move around ... Use the stairs, and outside for walks outside, wintertime find a mall or store to just walk..

30 mins of excersise is essential for keeping your metabolism going :)

5 weeks since my last pop doing pretty good on that aspect just need to remember to drink water more
