So as I've mentioned before I started working out and changing what/how I eat back in July 2012. Seeing myself every day makes it hard for me to really see a difference but I know there is one because both the scale and tape measurer tell me so. Plus I've had to move down sizes in clothes. But it wasn't until today that I was going thru pictures on my facebook page that I was really able to see the difference, especially in my face. It makes me so happy to see it and to know how much better I feel!

So far I've lost about 35 pounds, several inches, gone down 1 pant size and almost ready to go down another, and gone down 1 shirt size. My goal is to lose another 30 pounds.
