For some, yes true. My dh though, yeah, he won't even stop when he's running a high grade temp. I don't know which is worse.

Lol thats how I usually am.  I pretty much have to be on my death bed or under strict drs orders to stay home.  Even when I had tonsillitis (wasn't contagious anymore) but was really miserable and had a fever I was at work.  But I work in an area all by myself and knew my boss needed me there so I came in.  Lol I figured I could either be miserable at home and have to use vacation pay (meaning a smaller paycheck) or go to work and be miserable and get my normal paycheck lol.

My hubby told me once, "I can't help it honey! I just get so much sicker than you do!!!"
He had a simple cold. It put him out so bad he was laying in the bed, could barely walk, begging for me to help him fifty times a day....
Mind you, this is just the common cold. The man is completely healthy. He isn't running a fever. There is no reason for him to act like this when he is sick.
I get sick, I take care of everything-I would have it no other way. I love my family!
He is such a baby!
