I have tried skiing and I can't even stand up, but Mount Charleston or Lee Canyon would be good places to go

I have skied Donner and it was great! Tubing down the Truckee River is fun too.

Mt. Charleston and the Las Vegas Ski Resort up there! It's awesome!

Lake Tahoe: Incline Village, Nevada, Diamond Peak is a great family ski resort. As for Lake Tahoe in general, Northstar is another great family resort.

We LOVE the Las Vegas Ski and Snow Resort at Mt. Charleston!! Have learned to get there early though, otherwise you may be turned away!!!

As far as tubing goes, this past weekend was the Laughlin River Regatta. It's an annual event on the Colorado River, and a BLAST!! We take our sons, they love it!

I've only been snowboarding once up in Tahoe when I was younger. It was fun and pretty.

I had a blast at Diamond peak last winter. I loved that all the slops come together at the end, so if you have kids, it's a very kid friendly ski resort.
