Pet Oder HELP

 Because its so cold, my darn dogs wont pee outside.  I let them out and they still pee in the house.  I have tried to get the oder out but I cant.  What do you suggest we use.  Its really upsetting me.  HELP

I talked to my husband and daughter-in-law. They said to try puppy pads. It's like a diaper for the floor. They are supposed to draw the dogs to it and they go to the bathroom on it. Try baking soda and Oxyclean for the oder. My daughter-in-law said if you have a steam cleaner, use that first. I hope this helps you.

I'd go to Petsmart. They have some great products that remove pee smells.
