Romantic VA getaways

Alright ladies.

I want a weekend away with DH.  Possibly a long weekend.  We can't get away until mid-December.  I will be 36 + weeks pregnant then so I don't want to drive that far (out of state).

I'm in the Richmond area.

What places do you suggest?  I like kicking back and relaxing while super comfy.  We did the Hilton at VA Beach last year (same time) and the hotel was nice, but it was a little pricey for what was offered.

We've gone to the Founders Inn before and I wasn't impressed.

We've actually stumbled onto that Inn in our travels.  It is gorgeous, but I'm not sure we're down for a 5 course menu.  There's also not too much to do there.  It's a great Inn with beautiful scenery and a cute little town.

As for Williamsburg.....I love Williamsburg.  However, I'm not sure I'm trying to be walking around in the freezing cold when I'm that pregnant.

This is a nice little B&B out where I live that is really popular, 'The Black Horse Inn':  http://hotelreservations.com/index.jsp?pageName=hotInfo&cid=239527&hotelID=353139&utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=114-672-5225+Z+LATEST+Virginia&temp1=114-672-5225+Z+LATEST+Virginia&utm_term=Black+Horse+Inn+Warrenton&temp2=Black+Horse+Inn+Warrenton

I don't have any idea how much you want to spend though.  Warrenton is a nice little small town; unlike Williamsburg (which I do love) there isn't a lot of stuff to do.  There is however a really old, quaint town with shops to stroll.  It's been around since the civil war days and Mosby is buried in the town cemetary.
