I think I've eaten fairly decent today. Just one cookie and a tiny bit of chocolate chips.

The rest of my food has been healthy and not too much.

I told Dh that if my weight hit a certain point I'd be so upset. And this morning I hit that weight, I was actually almost a pound over that weight. I'm so upset that I've let myself do that.
