he has strep, which is causing him to throw up. He should be fine once the antibiotics get into his system.

Thankful its strep and not the norovirus. Hopefully he will be better soon. ((hugs))

I had strep this past week, I haven't had it in YEARS and the dr also suspected Mono. So I feel for you little one. It took about 24 hours after the I took the first dose of the antibotics to get feel better and a few days to feel 100%.
I use to get it yearly but haven't had it since my 4 year old was a couple months old. His throat doesn't even hurt that much so we never even suspected strep.
