will speak in the Tri-State on Wednesday at the Obama for America's
Ohio Women Vote 2012 Summit.
The event will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal.
say the summit will provide women with the opportunity to hear how
President Barack Obama supports women and their families.
early voting starting in two weeks, Ohio is sticking to its reputation
as a battleground state. Both sides of the campaign have visited the
President Obama spoke in Eden Park on Monday. Last
week, Republican Mitt Romney campaigned in northern Ohio and vice
presidential candidate Paul Ryan stopped in Clermont County. Also, Vice
President Joe Biden returned to the Buckeye State last Wednesday for a
campaign visit to Wright State University in Dayton.
Portman may be a Hollywood actress, but she also has ties to the Tri-State. The Oscar winner's grandmother lives in Hyde Park.
