I agree Biden was annoying and disrespectful in his approach. I felt he was condescending and he made his point well...as a good ole boy politician that is not interested in bipartisan progress! I guess if interrupting and talking over the other candidate wins then VP Biden definitely won!

Here's my opinion:  Biden was the clear winner.  Hands down.  Whether you think he smiled and laughed too much or not.  He schooled Ryan.

He reigned it in fairly quickly, and was a bit more serious by the end. Romney did nothing, NOTHING but interrupt last week so I think Biden was just playing by the rules Romney/Ryan had set. Biden is always an animated person so it's not like he was faking it. It's his personality.
