I lay my arm across my face...I think the weight helps.

I have to read before bed and my husband has to be finished reading and turn his light out before I can get to sleep. I have to put chapstick on right after I turn my light out.

Except I don't actually have add. Dh says if he has trouble (which is very very rare) he imagines a beach ball floating in the water. To me, that would start out with the ball in water, then it would start changing colors, then the water would start getting all choppy and some big boat would come along and it would just be downhill from there!

I have to be careful not to think of anything even vaguely important or I won't sleep.
