Summer is NOT over! So what if the kids are back in school?
It's still sunny and warm and the produce aisle at the grocery store is still
stocked with summertime fruit. Of course -- it's true that before long we'll be
forced to make due for months with nothing but apples and pears, so we might as
well use the last peaches of the season (my personal favorite)
in as many recipes as possible.
Like this Summery Peach Cooler from DashRecipes.com! It's sweet and amazing, like a fizzy fuzzy navel (sans alcohol). Although I suppose a dash of peach schnapps couldn't hurt. Either way, yum. Peaches.

1 tsp lime juice
1 very ripe peach, peeled and sliced (reserve 2 slices)
