What's on the menu tonight ladies?
I keep defrosting ground beef and then not using it lol I totally meant to use it yesterday and I ended up going to a late lunch with a friend, Dh ended up having drinks with his rock climbing buddy, and Dd ate while she was at my mothers house so needless to say that it didn't end up getting used. So today I have to actually use it for dinner tonight.

Not a clue. We never went grocery shopping so it looks like sandwiches

I made a sausage/potato/kale soup. It was super, duper delish.
