So I have been getting discouraged I need motivation.
I have actually gained weight. Sigh. Help

Aww sweetheart I know the feeling! I was reading a post from a friend and she said to switch exercises up. So don't do the same thing everyday. I am having a hard time finding exercises that won't hurt.my knee or foot.

I cycle through three work outs and. Jog speed walk on the treadmill everyday

I have too, but I blame the stress of house hunting.

Maybe we need to have a challenge here or something to help motivate us.

Ugh, i feel your pain! I am so ready to be toned already! I have determined that at 5'3" and 123 lbs I don't really "need" to lose weight (although my ideal weight is 118 lbs) but i had such a hard time toning :-/

You could try signing up for a few exercise classes! I find that having to pay for something really motivates you to make the most of it!

Sign up for a marathon then do it! Im doing the Colfax and tough mudder this year!....maybe only 5 Weeks pp right now and not sure if I will make the first one
