Would you live in a house if...

you knew someone died in it?

I've been looking at a house by my sister but someone died in it a couple of years ago and I'm not sure how I feel about it :/

Sure why not? I'd just get a great inspection first.

I agree with what the others said.  It depends on the circumstances, also how I felt when going into the house.  When we were looking to purchase a home we toured a home that gave us the most awful, yucky feeling.  Obviously, that was not the one we purchased...

Go with your gut, and burn some sage.  :)

I'm pretty sure the wife of the guy we bought our house from died in it. He was being put in a home by his daughter, who was in charge of the sale. I didn't ask, I didn't want to know.

I don't think it would bother me unless there were blood stains or something visible.

Yeah, I probably still would.

I think I could.  I don't really get into all the haunting things so I think I would be fine.
