  • You’re not going to be able to add Scripture memory to your already full day. So put Scripture memory with things you’re already doing. Not only will you get to know God’s Word, you'll be redeeming the time.
  • When your mind and heart delight in God’s Word, your actions will be God-centered.
  • You’ll never have more time. If you put off your spiritual growth, where will you get the wisdom you need to raise up a godly heritage, to be the woman of God He wants to be?

  • A higher goal than just to memorize the Bible is the goal to know God and to walk closely with Him.
  • The benefit of memorizing Scripture is so you can be thinking God’s thoughts; trading your thoughts for His; meditating on what’s important to God instead of what’s important to yourself. It will help you escape from being self-absorbed.
  • Everything God wants us to know about Himself He put in His Word.
