i have offered to help edit the winning pictures. i believe i now have all of them caught up but if your little girl won and you never recieved a picture, please let me know and i'll make one for you!
also please bare with me as the edits are not as good as i want them to be. I am in the process of looking for a better photo editing site (right now i'm using picmonkey.com). if anyone knows of a better one, please let me know! thanks for your patience! :)
