How much privacy do you give your kids?

Posted by   + Show Post

It's a different world today than when we were kids.  Today kids have Facebook, Instagram, texting and more.  How often do you check in on your kids internet and cell phone activities?  Do you think they deserve privacy? Or do you think it's your job to track them on a daily basis?

I check my daughter's FB often, she's 10. She isn't allowed to post photos of herself because I just don't think she's old enough for that and there are a lot of pervs out there. She's pretty open though and I don't pry too much.

My dd is only 7. As of right now she doesnt need much monitoring. When shes older and has a cell phone or social media Ill have the passwords and periodically check. If she ever gives me reason to suspect things Ill check it more frequent.

Online? None. It isn't safe. Otherwise a great deal.
