Sometime I cried and then I  inspire myself to handle the curve balls of life. I think of ways to handle my problems than I  work on it. Damn I need a break from the curve balls.

Massage when I can, otherwise, I try to do a workout when life gets hectic!

Right now I don't have a plan other then just taking it 1 day at a time.  Hope that something comes better the next day.

I just lay down clear rules when I see a Saturday ahead of time on the claendar that has nothing scheduled. I make sure they all no it will be my do nothing day. They know to make sure that set day, momma can sit and chill.

 Try to stay calm and do a lot of praying.
