I try not to let myself get stressed out. Life doesn't have to be crazy.

I exercise to relax.

I take everything in stride. Some things are more stressful than others, but I figure that I am not seeing the big picture that is life and try to go with the flow for the most part. I'm just thankful that I have a partner to hold my hand through the difficult times.

I try to take time to myself every morning after I take dd to school to read and pray and enjoy the quiet.

It was also decided 2 years ago the dd would only do 2 activities outside of church. We don't want to overwhelm her schedule or us with running around everyday after school

Meditation more times than not. I remain positive and take life as it comes. I've learned to be happy and pleased with life as is day to day.

I love to knit, it totally relaxes me!

Quoting Mommy2justone:

I knit or read when I get stressed. But my life is so calm right now, I don't get stressed that often. Only when driving. I had a recent accident and I get very stressed while driving.
