Im kind of like you. Im a go with the flow kind of girl for the most part.

I take everything in stride. Some things are more stressful than others, but I figure that I am not seeing the big picture that is life and try to go with the flow for the most part. I'm just thankful that I have a partner to hold my hand through the difficult times.

By relying on Christ and not myself.  Buying taking advantage of what the Lord provides us through his Holy Spirit and Holy Mother.

I used to be a list-maker (obsessively) and then for some reason, I just stopped. Lately, I'm getting back to lists and charts and it seems to be helping.

I had to laugh at the idea of a "not-do" list! LOL But seriously... something that can ease your mind is to make a list at the end of the day of everything you DID do. That helps you get a sense of accomplishment rather than beating yourself up about what you DIDN'T get done.

Making lists helped me a lot when I used to work.  I need to get back to this.  I need to put 'find Mom calendar/organizer' on my to-do list for today.  I've had a good one in previous years (although I didn't use it as much as I should have).  Even just having one I can use to meal plan & keep track of what meat I have would be helpful.
