Dreams

When I was a kid, if I had trouble falling asleep, I'd start thinking about my favorite dream and I'd fall asleep dreaming it.

Did you do this?  What did you like to dream about?

My dreams were always about dinosauers and I could fly.  (I loved the Land the of Lost sitcom in those days.)

No I never did this. I counted sheep or got into bed with my mom.

If I couldn't sleep as a kid, I'd think about laying in a field of flowers.

No, I don't remember having trouble falling asleep.

It's a different story now. :-/

I know what you mean!  At least once a week I'm up way too early!!  I just wish I could stay asleep!

You should try my dream trick!  It really works!  Just think of your favorite dream.  Think about how it goes from the start.  Before you know it, you'll be dreaming the actual dream.

I bet.

I suffer from insomnia. Leading up to bedtime, I'm somewhat sleepy; once it's here- forget it, I'm wide awake! Lol. Been this way ever since I was pregnant with my first child. She is 4 years old now.

Problem is, I don't remember my dreams!!!  I wish I could because sometimes I wake up smiling so I know it was good!

When I was younger and couldn't sleep I would count sheep or my mom or sister would sing to me. :)
