companies with terrible customer service

I do not understand bad customer service, I wonder if customers even matter any more. Tracfone has god awful customer service, if you never have to deal with this company feel blessed. 


Do you have any companies that drive you crazy with lousy customer service?

I just find that GOOD customer service isn't in many places anymore.  When I go somewhere and they focus on that I'm very impressed.

It's true. ANd op, I HAVE dealt with tracfone. They are TERRIBLE. I woudn't mind it but they do not speak english in India.

They owe me two hundred dollars from fourteen years ago. I was told it was two hundred dollars to have it installed, and they would send it back as a rebate. I called and called them, and got the runaround. Eventually I gave up. I will never use them again.

 AT&T and Wageworks have TERRIBLE customer service.  AT&T is fine for a quick phone call but if you're actually having an issue don't even bother calling.  

Apparently every employee at wageworks gets different training because I called about the same issue 3 different times, talked to 3 different people, and got 3 different answers.  None of them speak English well and so I'm constantly asking them to repeat things....

Sears.com had the worst! I ordered something as a gift for xmas on dec 3. I still do not have it, i dont have a refund, or any answers. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office over a month ago with nothing.
