I do not understand bad customer service, I wonder if customers even matter any more. Tracfone has god awful customer service, if you never have to deal with this company feel blessed.
Do you have any companies that drive you crazy with lousy customer service?

T Mobile- They keep trying to say I owe them over $600. I have bank records to prove that I paid them. They still say I owe them. It's on my credit now. Whatever. I don't care anymore but they will lose your money and then argue with you that they didn't. They are the worst comany ever!

I haven't had any recently. You would think as we are in hard times with money situation tight in families they would want to be nice as can be to get your business again.
