About 12 times.

From ages 3-20, 2 times.  Once when I was 3, and again when I was 16...and the houses were exactly 1 mile apart!

Since then...not sure if I can even remember them all!

12 since then, so 14 times total.  Yuck!

Five with my parents i think, and three after i moved out, with another planned in the next few yrs before the kids start school
