I need to start. As the kids are getting older and in more activities I can't keep it all in my brain sometimes!
I keep one on the computer desk, and we all check it. Dh is the best about checking it and reminding the rest of us.
We use to use our regular calendar & write down all that was going on :)

I keep it all in my Kindle
we use a calender in the kitchen that I write everyones stuff on & we use our phone calenders to sync everyones events so we know where we all are at any given time and don't over lap stuff
