Mine were: to lose 20 lbs. by cutting out most sugar-drinking water with meals instead of sweet tea or sweet coffee, eliminating desserts more and only eating half portions when I do have dessert. Using more whole grains and eating less white bread, and sweet potatoes to replace white potatoes more often. Returning to smaller portions. Exercise consistently three times a week. Unclutter my office and keep it that way by doing a clutter rid the first of every month.

I'm doing everything but haven't cut out sweet drinks entirely. I've lost 7 lbs but regained 3-so only 4 lbs down. I think I need to start keeping track of calories. My office monthly clutter removal is working well. It's staying workable.

1 mom liked this

They weren't resolutions, but my son and I started a diet to heal our guts.  We're doing well with it.  I've lost almost 15 lbs.

I also planned to save 10% of my daycare earnings to put in my Roth IRA.  I have done that so far.
