Easy-Peasy Delish Chicken from the Just A Pinch site by Janis McRae!

                 

Serves:4
Cook Time:45 Min

Ingredients


4boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cmayonnaise
1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tspeach seasoning salt and pepper
1 tspgarlic powder


Directions


1
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayo, cheese and seasonings.

 Spread over chicken. Place in baking dish.

 Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven

I did make it, but it turns out I didn't have mayo (weird, I know ... no idea who used it up!) so I made some instead:

Grainy Mustard Mayo

1 egg yolk @ room temperature
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp grainy mustard
pinch of salt

1 c light-flavoured oil (grapeseed, vegetable, peanut, light olive)
lemon juice (fresh)
fresh ground black pepper

Whisk the first set in a generous sized bowl, gradually stirring in oil by the drop, until it's a thick, velvety sauce. Add lemon juice and pepper to taste.

Terribly difficult. I can see why people gave up making it :/

Yeah Id rather not have to make my own either lol. How was it other than that?
