How do you stay calm?

How can you stay calm in the day to day craziness?


I flip out over the smallest things....kids bickering, if we lose the smallest toy, etc etc. I try to stay calm and keep it inside. The kids dont care so that's good!

I listen music and focus on my breathing.

 I take a deep breath. Walk away for a second to breathe in. I turn on music when I'm feeling grumpy or on edge, Music makes me feel peaceful. I reflect on things I need to be thankful for. Take the kid's somewhere even a walk to change the pace
