We all want to find ways to tell our partners and children that we love them. Hugs, kisses and affectionate touch can do that in a way words sometimes can't. Sex and Relationship Expert Ian Kerner is here to remind us that we could all use more touch.

We are a very affectionate family - my mom instilled this in me from a young age and I've carried it on with my kids.

I think it's important because we are born with an innate need for human touch. From infancy, touch is vitally important to emotional and physical health and well-being. :)
