I don't know "how?" Technically but just showing them how to behave properly in places.
When our kids were young we use to get complaints all the time on how well behaved they were in public! The 1st time we were shell-shocked after it happened on many occasions, we started to really pat ourselves on the back! They're weren't perfect angels but sitting down and eating was not an option! You sit and eat!

Consistancy in rules and discipline. Add to that Love and spending LOTS of time with your child. The myth that it's more important to spend quality time with a child is better than quantity time.. is a LIE.. Kids need BOTH quality and quantity. Anyone not willing to be there for their kids in all areas.. Should be sterilized.. As they aren't capable of raising children who will be mentally and emotionally healthy.. Almost anyone can raise a physically whole person.. It takes grit and determination to raise mentally and emotionally well adjusted children. And without being well adjusted YOU WON'T BE WELL MANNERED!
