throw it away, lol!  (I can't stand rhubarb!)

The only thing I remember my grandmother making was rhubarb pie.

Strawberry rhubarb pie is also what my grandma makes. I've never had it, but my sister and cousin love it!!!"

Strawberry rhubarb pie or jam, or even just rhubarb pie or crisp. You can also make a honey rhubarb butter, which is like a spread for sandwiches. Yum! I love rhubarb!

Strawberry Rhubarb pie is my favorite.

Or you can make a tasty sauce, kind of like applesauce,  cut up the rhubarb (just the stalks, not the leaves) and cook in a little water with enough sugar to suit your taste.

I love to just eat plain rhubarb! My friend and I used to sit under the oak tree in my yard when we were really little and just eat it out of a paper bag. We grew it in my back yard. You can make strawberry rhubarb pretty much anything...pie, jelly, etc.
