 We have a crock pot chicken cooking.  Potato soup?  Chili?

I am going super easy and quick tonight. I am going to cook up a chicken breast and cut it up, add to some angel hair pasta with a parmesan sauce and toss in some veggie (I think I have peas in the freezer)

Grilled pork chops with mango-chipotle bbq sauce, cilantro rice, French bread, and either corn or broccoli.

Mmm, sounds good.

Those both sound good but no one in the family likes them :-(

 Same thing I eat for dinner most nights

1 serving sugar free citrucel in large glass of water

3 oz boneless skinless baked chicken breast in  bite size pieces

3 oz asparagus

mixed together with lots of onion powder and dash of low sodium salt.

1 cup pumpkin spice tea w/ stevia and 1/2 and 1/2

or a bottle of either MetroMint all nat. Chocolate Mint water OR a bottle of Hint All nat. blackberry water.
