I do not. My son does and is doing very well with Children's Sabidil (homeopathic) and either Emergen-C or powdered vitamin c in water.

I'm on Long Island (NY). Last winter was brutal! I got asthmatic bronchitis twice! Three weeks in Dec and three at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. Since I've been on the meds, I haven't had a problem. 

We've hit the 30s already and we usually don't hit that until late December so I have no idea how bad this winter will be..
