My poor little man...

...has a nasty stomach bug! :-( He got sick this afternoon, and spent quite a bit of the evening sitting on the toilet and crying.

He's asleep now, and I'm hoping he feels better in the morning. We've been pumping fluids, and I offered him banana or toast at dinnertime. (He doesn't like applesauce or rice.) Any other ideas for how to help him and his poor belly?

We might pick up some Pepto tomorrow if he's still feeling bad.

I wasn't sure about yogurt because of the dairy... You think it would help?

Probiotics. Chamomile or peppermint tea. (No Cham if there is a ragweed allergy.) Massage his belly clockwise with EOs and a carrier if you have any.
But definitely definitely probiotics. I'd also get some coconut water to keep him hydrated.
I hope he feels better soon!

You can get non dairy (soy, almond or coconut milk yogurt) or just get him probiotics.

We do have peppermint tea, and he likes that a lot. Thanks, we'll have to give it a shot. And we'll give him something with electrolytes tomorrow if he still feels sick, too... I'm honestly more worried about dehydration than anything else, he's just been so sick today. :-(
