My goals for February:
Weight:6lbs
Inches:2ins on my hips and thighs, 1in off my waist
Body Fat:3%
BMI:2%
Crossfit 3 times a week
Pilates 2 times a week
Run 3 times a week
Up my food intake
Stick to paleo better this month

I lost 5lbs, don't know my inches, I know I lost .5in off my waist.
I stalled out for the first 2 weeks of the month, so that set me back. I have went to crossfit 5 times each week but one(only 4 days, needed rest).
Didn't get to pilates, did run a couple times this month. My running is based on if hubby gets home before it gets dark, I won't run in the dark. My Paleo eating has been better the last 2 weeks.
So all in all I think I did well for the month.
Good job! I'm always curious about eating Paleo. Got to look that up.

Yeah I guess it just takes time to adjust. But I am trying. I know what I want and how to get there, just got to put it all into play!!
