I haven't done one in a long time.I did this yesterday. But I knew no gym today. For some STUPID reason I have 2 be at work at 9:15am and we don't even open until 10:00. The Superbowl starts at 5:30am. They think we will be so busy that we have to have 9 drivers at 2pm. I am in a smaller Town. we will be lucky to need 6. Whatever........they can pay me for being bored.
But it pisses me off when they mess w/my gym time. lol.
20 minute HIIT on the elliptical
barbell sumo squats - 40lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
plate loaded leg extensions - 115lbs x8 reps x 4 sets
Triceps Pull downs - 60lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
seated dips - 10 reps x 3 sets
lat pull downs - 60lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
rope pulls - 60lbs x 10 reps 3 sets
cable curls - 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
barbell curls - 30lbs x 6 reps x 4 sets
barbell rows - 30lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets
dumbbell lat raises - 15lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets
I think I forgot a couple exercises. lol. I just woke. up.
Ohhhh I am now doing 275lbs on standing calf raises!!!!!!!! YAY!
