GYM TIME!

A late start today. Birthday party yesterday. So, I sleeped in today. Gym then work.

Legs and calves

15 minutes on the baby stair stepper

 Legs/calves

leg press - 200lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

plate loaded leg extensions - 120lbs x 6 reps 8 reps

laying leg curls - 30lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

sissy swuats - 8 reps x 4 sets

plate squats - 45lbs x 10 reps x3 sets

hip adduction - 50lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

hip adduction - 50lbs x 15 reps x 3 sets

Calves:

standing calf raises - 275lbs x 8 reps x 4 sets

Donkey raises - 90lbx x 8 reps  4 sets

Food:

not to sure.

gonna eat oatmeal before workout and then this yummy whey isolate recovery shake,

Then apple and a blood orange for my next meal. Lunch will be a huge leafy green chicken salad w/evoo and a size of broccoli salad and fresh berries.

Not sure for the rest of the day yet. Running out the door late.

i really like the pic posted by gymgirl. Really, the sweat post work out gives a whole lot of good feeling for staying healthy and fit.
