Run atleast twice a week(gonna shot for 3)
Pilates twice a week(I know this will help with inches)
Keep at my paleo eating.
I ordered pull up bands to help me to the point to be able to do strict pull ups.
By the end of the month move from 2 bands to 1 band(the bigger of the 2)
