Goals for March

Drop 6lbs

Drop an inch off all areas my coach measures.

Crossfit atleast 4 times a week

Run atleast twice a week(gonna shot for 3)

Pilates twice a week(I know this will help with inches)

Keep at my paleo eating.

I ordered pull up bands to help me to the point to be able to do strict pull ups.

By the end of the month move from 2 bands to 1 band(the bigger of the 2)

Goals for march for Shakira:

Get under 200 lbs

Train my dog by being CALM and assertive

Walk/Jog with dog 2 miles at least twice per week

Go swimming at least twice per week

Find fun active family activities to do outdoors

Keep at my diet but tweak as needed
