ALMOST BUT DIDNT!

I was really depressed when I got home and was VERY tempted to make a pumpkin prailine dump cake, even went so far as putting out the ingredients and pan to make sure I had everything!  I popped a St Johns Wort (helps with mild depression) and a Relora (blocks cortisol, the stress hormone) and took the dog for a walk (Vitamin D) and they pulled me out of the abyss and I didnt bake it.  There is something to be said about herbal remedies and how effective they can truly be!

I think really you should be patting yourself on the back for having control over your stress and food! You Are a emotional eater so this is a huge victory! You can give the herbs credit but I think you are doing yourself a disservice! The mind is very powerful (and I live herbal remidies but I don't see how they can work that fast) you are doing great! I always try to get outside and go for a walk when I'm stressed, getting moving releases stress hormones as well ;)
